Buildings have the power to inspire and enhance the lives of those who occupy and interact with them.  Jason specializes in architectural design that balances character, beauty and style by harmonizing modern construction techniques with the detail and authenticity of vernacular and traditional architecture. His design process, rooted in research, collaboration, and iteration, delivers thoughtful solutions that respond to client aspirations, site conditions, and historical context.

Jason earned a Master of Architecture from Kansas State University which included a semester abroad in the Master’s program at the Bauhaus in Dessau, Germany. His professional experience spans diverse project types and scales. At Multistudio in Kansas City, Missouri, he contributed to higher education and institutional projects. At Open Studio Architecture in Denver, Colorado, he worked on commercial office developments and campus master planning. At Arcadea Architecture in Boulder, Colorado, Jason focused on high-end custom residential design before establishing his own practice to further pursue design that reflects the unique lifestyles and aspirations of his clients.

An active member of the American Institute of Architects, Jason is a registered architect in Colorado and Kansas. He has served as a juror, studio critic, and thesis advisor at institutions including the University of Colorado-Denver, the University of Kansas, and Kansas State University.

Jason resides in Broomfield, Colorado with his wife, children, dog and cat. Outside of the studio, he spends as much time in the mountains as possible: cycling, skiing, or hiking.
